SO...
For the past few weeks, I've been very sick. We thought I had an ulcer. Today I had an endoscopy and turns out it's only GERD, and it's already healing! :) Yay!!
HOWEVER...
We still have some changes to make in our diet and exercising habits! Delicious healthy recipes anyone?? Or special tips for us??

Here we go!!
I decided to jump on the bandwagon with this whole blogging thing :) So, here goes!:
Our names are T-bone and Shonnte Allred :) We were married on March 26, 2010 and so excited to be spending the rest of forever together!
For now, I work at A Day In The West jeep tours in Sedona, and T-bone works and Home Furnishings Direct in Cottonwood. But in a few years, I'll have my nursing degree and T-bone will be a big name college football coach (fingers crossed!) It's just the two of us, no kiddos, but we do have a puppy! And he's the cutest thing ever :)
We both have huge families, and they are the most important thing in the world to us! We'd take a bullet for each and every one of them.
Right now, we're just enjoying life and our time together. Nothing huge or exciting as of yet!
