For the past few weeks, I've been very sick. We thought I had an ulcer. Today I had an endoscopy and turns out it's only GERD, and it's already healing! :) Yay!!
HOWEVER...
We still have some changes to make in our diet and exercising habits! Delicious healthy recipes anyone?? Or special tips for us??
